Yakin deh, gurih abis...&lt;/span&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" &gt;&lt;b&gt;Bahan: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  1 ekor ayam kampung, potong suka-suka&lt;br /&gt;  200 ml air&lt;br /&gt;  2 btg serai, memarkan&lt;br /&gt;  2 lbr daun salam&lt;br /&gt;  2 lbr daun jeruk&lt;br /&gt;  1 sdt asam&lt;br /&gt;  minyak goreng&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;     Haluskan: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  6 bh bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;  4 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;  5 btr kemiri&lt;br /&gt;  2 cm kunyit&lt;br /&gt;  200 gr lengkuas, parut&lt;br /&gt;  1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" &gt;&lt;b&gt;Cara membuat: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan, masukkan dalam wajan, beri air, masak sampai ayam empuk. dan bumbu meresap dan air habis. Angkat dan sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;  2. Hihi...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 kg buncis muda&lt;br /&gt;- Udang semaunya; rendam garam &amp; goreng 1/2 matang&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sdm saus tirem&lt;br /&gt;- Garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;- 4-5 siung bawang putih cincang kasar; dibagi menjadi 2&lt;br /&gt;- 8-10 cabe rawit, potong-potong&lt;br /&gt;- Kecap amnis (optional)&lt;br /&gt;- Air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara bikinnya :&lt;br /&gt;- Buncis dipotong ujung-ujungnya. Mau dipotong 2 boleh, mau diutuhin boleh..&lt;br /&gt;- Tumis bawang putih 1 bagian&lt;br /&gt;- Masukkan buncis ke dalam tumisan bawang, tambahkan saus tirem,air &amp;amp; garam. Biarkan&lt;br /&gt; sedikit layu, lalu angkat.&lt;br /&gt;- Tumis bawang putih bagian lainnya + irisan cabe rawit. Masukkan udang. Peuyeum dibuang seratnya, dan agak dihaluskan (pakai tangan)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;2. Campuran telur yang sdh dikocok kasar, tepung maizena dan vanillie&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Sementara itu, buat larutan tepung terigu, ditambah gula dan air.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Buat bulatan2 peuyeum, diisi meisjes &amp;amp; keju.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Campurkan  mayonnaise dengan susu, sisihkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-size:100%;color:black;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Bumbuin udang dengan garam dan merica, diamkan 15 menit. Celupkan udang satu persatu ke dalam telur kocok, lalu gulingkan diatas tepung serba guna hingga semua permukaan udang tertutup tepung. Celupkan kembali udang berbalut tepung ke dalam kocokan telur dan gulingkan kembali ke dalam tepung serba guna. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-size:100%;color:black;"  lang="SV" &gt;Lakukan  kembali utk satu persatu udang yang ada. Goreng udang tepung hingga matang,  angkat dan tiriskan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-size:100%;color:black;"  lang="SV" &gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.Panaskan wajan bersih, masukkan campuran mayonnaise dan udang goreng tepung. Aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata.
